Inter.People Limited was formed in 1999 by Simon Marchant-Jones. With
nearly twenty years' experience of working with growing and mature businesses,
Simon recognised that all small to medium sized businesses regularly encounter
situations which require a different set of skills to those immediately
available within the business. Frequently, the business itself changes
so rapidly that the management team needs access to new skills, at short
notice, at an affordable price.
A typical example is the growing business which needs a quality Finance Director but cannot afford such an individual on a full time basis. We have been very successful in providing experienced finance professionals to small and growing businesses on a part-time basis.
Simon is a qualified
accountant with a background which combines 10 years' experience of "the
profession" with ten years' practical commercial experience of working
in small to medium sized enterprises.
